Description

This is a printed circuit board (PCB) only (no parts) allowing you to switch a common negative latching coaxial relay using 12v continuous power representing TX and RX. When RX falls to 0v and TX is 12v the latching relay will be pulsed with 12 volts. Ideally, this is what a sequencer will give you. It’s primarily designed for microwave operators looking for a TX/RX relay from one antenna. For more details including a parts list see the latching coaxial relay switching blog post.

1 review for Latching coaxial relay switching PCB only for common negative coaxial relays

Board well designed and easy to assemble with readily available parts, Resistors can be SMD or standard axial lead types. Version V4.2 has drilled hole for mounting direct to relay. Use insulated standoffs between board and relay to ensure good insulation as metal hardware can be close to 1K resistor pads.. Works well when driven by Mimi Kits EME166 sequencer.
